We maintain a quality policy in order to achieve superb customer satisfaction and compliancy.
Quality assurance and high standards are key factors for aviation safety. We ensure quality of our fastening products and distribution by following our ISO 9001 and AS9120B / EN9120:2018 certified quality assurance systems. VIBA BV is also compliant with REACH regulations. Furthermore we can help you to apply adhesive bonding in accordance with the newest DIN 2304-1 regulations.
Our facilities are well equipped with state of the art devices for quality control and testing.
- We have an incoming goods laboratory with advanced measuring systems for incoming fasteners and fastening parts, including a sophisticated visual inspection device: the Ultra Wide Stage system of Keyence
- There is a separate measurement laboratory for measuring hardness, roughness and shape of fastening parts
- Thirdly we have an in-house test lab for, amongst other, adhesive bond applications, including a tensile testing machine
With recurrent benchmarks and intermediate checks and balances we periodically investigate the fastener manufacturers on our approved suppliers list. They all have a strong reputation in their field of expertise and hold all the necessary OEM approvals. We prefer suppliers who comply with ISO 9001:2008, AS/EN9100 or AS/EN9120 depending on the activity.
It’s not only about product quality. We also ensure proper and up-to-date assembly and maintenance instructions.
RMA Procedure
We strive for 100% delivery reliability by an outstanding supply chain system. Nevertheless a minor mistake can be possible, due to the fact that every incoming product is checked by hand. In case you have received the wrong product you can rely on an efficient RMA-procedure.
