About VIBA Aerospace & Defense

VIBA was founded in 1935 to serve clients with fastening solutions for all industries, its name VIBA is actually an abbreviation for United Engineering Offices.
Today, almost 90 years later, VIBA is still providing added value in fastening solutions and serving all industrial markets.

VIBA has been adapting itself to various markets needs over time and this has led to a decision that internal teams could be more agile and better aligned to client needs when they are operating more independent from each other. Therefore while VIBA remains under the same parenthood, VIBA will be split into two separate legal registrations, each able to execute its own vision, strategy and its own operations.

The VIBA team providing fastening solutions for Aerospace, Defense, Maritime and other high-end industries will have no difference to the past;

• the VIBA legal registration (VIBA BV) remain the same
• the bank account numbers remain the same
• the NATO CAGE code (H0910) remain the same
• the Chambre of commerce registration remain the same.
• The IAQG AS9120 Supplier OASIS Identification Number (OIN: 6143469324) remain the same.

While the legal registration remain unchanged, for a future market recognition of the two different entities, this VIBA entity will be called “VIBA Aerospace and Defense” and will be recognized with a blue VIBA logo as depicted below;
