Ensuring quality of your fastening processes

Quality assurance and high standards are key factors for aviation safety. We ensure quality of our fastening products and distribution by following our ISO 9001 and AS9120A / EN9120:2010 certified quality assurance systems. VIBA A&D is also compliant with REACH regulations. Furthermore we can help you to apply adhesive bonding in accordance with the newest DIN 2304-1 regulations.

Our distribution centre is well equipped with state of the art facilities for quality control and testing.

• We have a quality control section with advanced measuring devices for incoming fasteners and fastener parts
• There is a separate test room for measuring hardness, roughness and shape of fastener parts
• Thirdly we have an in-house test lab for, amongst other, adhesive bond testing
